We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act).
The European Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. A reference to it is therefore omitted.
